There are also natural supplements that one can take to improve adult acne conditions. Zinc, commonly found in many grains and vegetables (quite popular in cereals these days) can reduce inflammation, help heal blemishes, and even reduce hormonal effects on the skin. While it is not entirely known why Zinc helps reduce acne, it is hypothesizes that it reduces the amount of testosterone in the body, which is known to aggravate acne conditions.
Vitamin B6 promotes proper metabolism of steroid hormones, which helps keep skin strong, decreasing its infection and hormone sensitivity.
Tea tree oil is a 100% natural herb treatment for adult acne that can also remove and stop the growth of bacteria on the skin, perhaps being as effective as benzoyl peroxide. It鈥檚 also a very pure substance鈥t can be applied directly to the skin with no carrier oil. It should be used in a daily regimen, as with most natural supplements.

Try monitoring what you%26#039;re eating when you get most of your breakouts. Are you cleansing, toning, and moisturizing twice a day? Make sure you use a regimen that%26#039;s formulated for your skin type, and a moisturizer that either helps treat acne with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid, or is at least is non-comodogenic. If you%26#039;re doing all of these things regularly, and things still don%26#039;t clear up, I suggest visiting a dermatologist. Good luck. :)
P.S.- Your hands are very germ-y (everyone are). Try to avoid touching your face whenever possible.|||i was just thinking about this today. i%26#039;m 25 and have had breakouts all the time since forever. the last couple years have been pretty annoying. went to the docor for it a couple times and had to take mild antibiotics for a while and use clindoxyl gel. that helped, but only for a while. last time i went they wanted to give me a hard core drug called accutane. not a chance. i%26#039;m a bit of a naturalist by the way. just a bit. so i%26#039;ve been experimenting. tried the clinique skin care regimine, all that expensive stuff, facials. etc. last month i started using noxema. do you remember that stuff? i swear it was the first skin care product i ever used. and you know what, my skin feels and looks a million times better. try noxema for a couple weeks. its worth a shot|||wash your hands %26amp; face a few times a day. And if you shave, which you probably do, get a pre-shave lotion to use in the shower it does the same thing as those acne removers. So you have one thing that does two things. That%26#039;s what i did.|||I know this site will help you...
