Adult acne in 20s anyone?spots?

Iam 22 years old, i have just recently flared up in spots, all at the sides of my neck cheks, shoulders arms back and chest.

Not sure why, they are big and hurt..

I siffered as i kid, but dissaperaed for years, why the sudden return?|||Are you eating alot of sweets or greasy foods? I%26#039;m not sure, but maybe nerves have something to do with it. Can you think of anything different that you%26#039;ve been doing lately? Have you changed detergent?|||acne remains from age 13 to 35 normally in persons. it may have many relapses and remissions. dont worry , start treatment from dermatologist to avoid further disfiguring of face.|||Try using a very simple routine morning and night. Wash your face with a mild soap or cleanser which suits your skin. (Dont be fooled into thinking you have oily or combination skin either as this may not be the case at all) then sweep a skin toner over your face using cotton wool (if it stings a bit, then dilute it) follow with moisturiser, never skip moisturiser as this will encourage your skin to produce more oil which may aggravate the situation further, the trick is to apply a little at first followed by a little more an hour later if your skin feels a bit too dry.

Started with acne at 13 and put up with it until i was 25 then i discovered i should have been using products for %26quot;normal%26quot; skin instead of %26quot;combination skin%26quot; lots of beauty therapists assume you will be best using these %26quot;combination skin%26quot; products as a way of getting around the changeable nature of acne prone skin but i have the scars to prove it isnt always the answer!. Anyway,my acne cleared up within weeks of transferring to these %26quot;normal%26quot; skin products and has been improving ever since
