(I had breakouts %26amp; rosacea.)
I had to avoid using any scrubs, drinking caffeine, eating spicy foods and any irritating skin products/treatments (e.g. face masks w/ mint or camphor, steam facials).

Wash your face a couple times daily with a mild soap (Dove brand) and also use beta dine, a brown liquid soap to clean the trouble spots of your acne.
