Please help!! I am even considering laser treatment which will cost hundreds. My job is about image and I can%26#039;t go on much longer suffering these dreaded spots that I thought I had outgrown as a teenager.|||I am in my 30%26#039;s as well and I sufferd the same problem for about a year and a half then they vanished just as quickly as they came. Our bodies go through mega hormonal changes when we are in our 30%26#039;s and there is even a name for it, it is called peri menopause. You can find more information by going to google and typing in peri menopause. (hope I spelled that right)|||Instead of wasting hundreds on laser. You should go see a herbalist for help. I used to have a spot of redness on my forehead for a year and a half and it would not go away. I decided to go see a herbalist and she gave me some products that cleared it in 3 days.|||I get big spots, well I used to, but on my bum, which isnt as bad but hurt like a hurty thing!! anyway I take Boots Skin Perfection, its their own brand, and costs under 拢10 per pack, now I hardly ever get spots anywhere, its good stuff!|||Try proactiv, it works really well. Also look into possible health conditions. Acne, especially around the chin, jaw and neck area, is often a result of major hormonal imbalance. Which can be caused by a huge number of things due to the poor living habits of our culture in general. Specifically...sugar!!!
I recommend a diet low in sugar and animal products, high in fruit, veggies and whole grains. Lots of water! Try proactiv and alter your diet if you can. If proactiv doesn%26#039;t work, laser is a reasonable option. Don%26#039;t expect your diet to change things overnight, it can take a few months to a year to undo damage created over a lifetime..... but if you manage it you will be well on your way to permanent recovery from all kinds of health problems in your future.
No easy answers, I%26#039;m sorry.
( Proactiv worked for me within two weeks )|||Have you tried proactive? If you have a dermatologist you should see them I%26#039;m sure they could really help.Good Luck|||Try Piritron from your chemist, failing that ask your GP for
anti-biotics.|||Make a mixture of 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and glycerin and apply it on the spots. Log on to http://tipsfromruby-acne.blogspot.com/ for a few home made tips to heal acne .|||I suffered the same until I had a hysterectomy at 35. Never did I suffer spots again. It seems it was all hormone related. Have you consulted your gp and perhaps taken a course of antibiotic or the pill? Frustrating, I know, and very difficult to settle the situation down.
