Adult acne and perimenopause?

I am in perimenopause and lately I am constantly breaking out all over my face. I have not done anything differently. Has anyone else had this happen to them and if so, what did you use that helped?|||That sounds very normal, because your hormone are out of wack. I have been using retin-a for about a year now and I love it. I used to have acne on my face and back, it was terrible, embarrassing, and painful.
