Besides oral contraceptives, Accutane and antibiotics, what helps adult acne?

I visited a dermatologist and got a prescription for Nicomide, which is basically a concentrated combination of B vitamins, zinc and copper. I have cystic acne and fond that this reduced the number of outbreaks, their severity and how long they lasted. There are basically no side effects to this medication, the only downside is that some insurance companies don%26#039;t cover it because it is considered a multi vitamin (you do need a prescription though.)
