What is adult acne...and how do i get rid of it......?

I went through high school with out to much of a problem, a few blemishes here and there. Now, I am in my 30%26#039;s and its ridiculous...I dont know what to do. Any suggestions?|||Know one really knows the true cause of adult or any acne, possibly food, possibly hormones. I highly recommend the proactive line of products at the drugstore. You can%26#039;t cure it, you are stuck with it.|||Go to the doctors and they will prescribe you with some medication.|||First of all there is no such thing as adult acne , and just use proactive, trust me it helps!!!
