How can i cure adult acne?

i am 35 and have a small rash on my cheek its been there ages i%26#039;ve tried antibiotics which did nothing my doc says its adult acne im not so sure, any ideas welcome|||Your doctor has no clue. Adult acne? What is that? It%26#039;s a doctor giving a name to something he has no clue as to what is causing it. You need a new doctor! Acne is a result of several things. 1st, your skin acts like a third kidney and the toxins in your body are coming out through the skin as acne. Research has shown that acne is caused from bacteria/fungus living in the intestine. You have to treat acne from the inside out. Medical doctors are equipped to tell you what%26#039;s wrong, but when it comes to fixing degenerative types of things, they have NO clue. Antibiotics are their best answer, but this just complicates the problem. Sometimes they get lucky and it gives a temporary fix, but then you have a whole set of other issues because the antibiotics kill the good flora that can help keep your intestines clean. It%26#039;s possible that some biofilms can encapsulate the bacteria, virus, or fungus that is causing the acne toxins and generally, the kidneys are overwhelmed and they come out in your skin. These biofilms are like protective sacs made of polysaccarides that won%26#039;t allow the macrophages to get to the bad guys. Bad oils like, SOYBEAN, COTTONSEED, CANOLA (actually called rape weed oil - Canadian Oil - even insects won%26#039;t eat this stuff), all hydrogenated oils (like found in most fried foods) contribute heavily to the problem. Avoid them at all costs. Many fast food places are bragging they use Vegetable Oils (like Canola, Soybean, Cottonseed) like it is a good thing. Unbelievable! Highly probable that these are genetically engineered, hydrogenated, badly processed (cheap) and very high in Inflamatory Omega 6 fatty acids! If they used a quality olive oil (more expensive for them) real butter (that is a monosaccaride that is good for you, instead of the hydrogenated oil called margarine). Increase your omega 3 fatty acids in your diet by eating Grass Fed Beef (not grain fed commercial garbage) wild fish (not the farmed fish that contain a lot of fat containing toxins %26amp; antibiotics used to keep them alive in their toxic environment), take a quality probiotic (lots of this) and foods that feed the good bacteria like kiefer milk (lactose intolerant people can drink this O.K.), sauerkraut, yogurt, etc. Eliminate all sodas and foods with sugars in them. Sodas lower your internal pH and make a haven for bacteria to live. Eliminate all SOY products, these are toxic to the body and reduce the body%26#039;s ability to absorb the minerals you need.

The next most important thing is to fix your digestive issue. Take Betaine HCL + a tomato activator after every meal (or if not eating, just take it anyway 3 - 5 times per day). This eliminates the so called %26quot;acid indigestion%26quot; and creates an environment that helps get rid of the biofilm issue and you will notice your bowel movements will be so much better and more regular because you will now be digesting the food, not creating toxins. I believe it will also ad years to your life because it re-methylates cells as well. Go to www.healthline.cc, they have a good quality one. Also, a good digestive enzyme after each meal is a must. Another suggestion is to eat foods with fresh garlic.

Good luck.|||more info:

|||I haven%26#039;t got a clue what it could be but my fave %26quot;cure all%26quot; for skin conditions is sea buckthorne oil. They use it in hospitals in China and Russia to treat radiation burns and all sorts of other dermatological conditions.

I can%26#039;t stress enough how good this stuff is! I put some on last night because it %26#039;s time of the month (sorry if you didn%26#039;t want to know that) and I was coming out in loads of pimples...got up this morning and they%26#039;ve all died back instead of blooming into massive great ugly zits :)

I buy mine here ...

because it%26#039;s concentrated pure oil and most other products I%26#039;ve bought have a pathetic amount of the actual oil in and they charge a fortune for it!|||Have given this answer early - try it! I hope it helps

Get a bottle of pure essential oil of tea-tree (about 拢3 from any health shop or chemist). Add approx. 15-20 drops to half a small bottle of mineral water, . Shake well and apply to face with cotton wool twice a day. You should see an improvement in a couple of days.

Keep away from the eyes! Wash your hands after using. If it does get in your eyes, don%26#039;t worry just rinse with lots and lots of water - can%26#039;t do you any harm but may sting a bit. Better to avoid it!

Tea-tree is a natural antibiotic which clears the infection that causes the spots.

I have given this remedy to friends of mine in the past - always with amazing results.

I hope you try it as I know it will help.

All the best.|||IT IS ALL IN HERE! :

Sulphur, the all important constituent of earlier acne treatments, is slowly giving way to newer drugs - retinoic acid and benzoyl peroxide. These cause scaling and redness of the skin but these side effects are very necessary for the agents to be effective. Locally applied antibiotics have been used to decrease the bacteria in the acne.

Erythromycin lotion, an effective treatment and acts as a anti acne agent, it has been recently introduced in the market.

Preparations containing sodium lactate or azelaic acid are also very effective for acne treatment.

Oral drugs are required when acne is severe and cannot be controlled by local measures. Oral antibiotics then form the pivot of therapy: the most frequently used antibiotic is tetracycline, though sulphas and erythromycin can also be used. Despite prolonged use, say for six months to a year, no serious side effects are associated with the use of tetracyclines.

Hormonal preparations have also been found useful in the treatment of acne. The contraceptive pill is used only if the patient has not improved with antibiotics treatment. Anti androgens are also used sometimes.

A note of caution is that these drugs should be used by women only, as they have unpleasant side颅effects in men.

A drug, isotretinoin, has revolutionalised the treatment of acne, especially the severe variety. It is a derivative of vitamin A. This medicine holds hope for patients suffering from severe forms of acne.
