I had normal pimples when I was younger. Now I%26#039;m 37 and wish I could go through puberty again. It was NOTHING compared to this! To top it all off I have extremely huge pores all over my entire face that are just begging to become blackheads daily. Anyone have this problem and what can I do to get it under control? I%26#039;m beginning to get scars from it. PLEASE HELP!!!|||Have you checked with a derrmatologist?

Adut acne rarely come to a head and are usually more inflammed and harder to get rid of. Its also usually caused by a poor waste system. (kidneys and liver need to be taken better care of) But theres a reason for this. I don%26#039;t reccomend going to a medical doctor and asking for antibiotics or some prescription. some people do this, but you%26#039;re not tackling this from a whole body perspective. and that is what acne is all about. you can%26#039;t just apply a cream or ointment and expect them to disappear. First, you probably have poor, sluggish digestion...(?) eating only organic food cuts out most of the chemicals, and pollutants (which only make your skin worse) and can make your digestive system much better. there%26#039;s so much food out there that is to blame for bad skin. Eat more fruits and vegetables and a lot of water (particularily with lemon in it every morning and night) once you take better care of your kidneys and liver your skin will thank you for it. as for products, look for an (organic.if not natural) cleanser that has antibacterial ingredients in it (tea tree oil, salicylic acid, peppermint) and clean your face first thing in the morning and at night. (and if you are popping any zits only do it AFTER you clean your face...doing it before causes scars. as for huge pores, unfortunately theres not really anything you can do to shrink them..as you get older they widen. you can use a toner (witch hazel or apple cider vinegar) to temporarily make them appear tighter and smaller and to decrease the amount of oil on your face. I definetly reccomend going to a Traditonal chinese medicine doctor, homeopathic doctor or a naturopathic doctor...just Someone who will address your issue as a whole body problem..rather than just a symptom of something.
