What treatment works for you? |||Ugh yes we can. I like to use antibacterial ointment ( neosporin or other ) as my spot treatment since acne is caused by bacteria and hormones. Don%26#039;t dry the face out to much or you will cause it to produce more oil to trap bacteria in your pores. So find any line you like to washing and make sure you use an acne moisturizer to keep skin hydrated, even oily skin needs moisture.
