Most skin disorders are a reflection of your diet and current body care products that your using. See most body care products are chock full of harsh chemicals, preservatives and synthetics that are proven to be nasty. Not to mention those ingredients dont start to biodegrade for up to 300 years...and your washing that stuff down your pipes. Gross.

Drink more water and less coffee, soda and alcohol. Eat less sugar. Eat more veggies. Eat more veggies. Eat more veggies. Stay away from pork and conventional beef. Eat buffalo and organic grass fed beef.

Try this product line. It worked like a charm for me with my acne, rosacea and psoriasis.
